Designed for Canadian Casino Enthusiasts
The excitement of casino entertainment takes many forms. Discover the atmosphere of a traditional gaming table, the colourful variety of slot machines and a new perspective on familiar games through electronic technology.
Walk onto the slot floor at Thunder Bay Casino and the first thing that captures your attention is the variety. Illuminated displays, colourful symbols, distinctive soundtracks and animated game worlds create an atmosphere that feels lively, playful and full of visual character.
With more than 450 slot machines, the selection extends from familiar reel-style favourites to contemporary video slots with elaborate themes, interactive bonus sequences and progressive jackpot features. Every machine presents its own combination of entertainment, rules and wagering options.
The appeal is often found in the details: the anticipation as the reels settle, the animation that introduces a special feature or the pleasure of discovering a beautifully designed game for the first time. These moments shape the experience without making a particular result predictable.
The featured slot collection includes established game families and themed titles, each offering its own visual identity and game mechanics.
Lightning Link is known for its linked-jackpot format and Hold & Spin-style features. Qualifying symbols can remain in place while additional spins create opportunities to complete a bonus sequence. The exact rules depend on the game version.
Richly detailed themes, animated symbols and progressive prize opportunities give Dragon Link its recognizable identity. Different versions can feature distinct bonus presentations, reel arrangements and jackpot qualification requirements.
Prosperity Link combines colourful presentation with linked bonus features and jackpot opportunities. Its visual style emphasizes elaborate symbols and animated sequences, while the available betting options vary by title.
Inspired by the familiar television game-show franchise, Wheel of Fortune slots feature recognizable themes and wheel-related bonus entertainment. Different editions may offer different ways to activate their special features.
This character-driven video slot uses animated storytelling and distinctive feature sequences to create a playful atmosphere. Its presentation offers a different experience from traditional reel machines.
Mega Diamond, Devil's Lock and Little Shop of Horrors add further variety to the selection. Their contrasting themes demonstrate how different slot titles can feel, even when they share the familiar concept of spinning reels.
The High Limit Slot Area provides a dedicated environment for visitors interested in higher-stakes slot entertainment and larger progressive jackpot opportunities. It offers a different part of the gaming floor for those who prefer this wagering format.
Higher wagers involve greater financial risk. Eligibility for a particular jackpot can depend on the selected wager and individual game rules. A larger bet never guarantees a winning result.
A slot's appearance does not determine its total wager. Two visually similar machines may use different credit denominations, paylines or predefined betting levels. Check the complete wager shown on the display before playing.
A bonus feature is an additional game event, such as free spins, respins or a special reel sequence. A jackpot is a defined prize awarded under particular conditions. A bonus may include jackpot opportunities, but activating a feature does not guarantee a prize.
Previous spins do not establish when a future win will occur. Regulated slot machines use approved random-result systems. A machine does not become obligated to award a prize after a sequence of losses.
There is a particular energy around a live casino table. The shuffle of cards, the movement of chips, the dealer's practiced gestures and the quiet anticipation before a result create an atmosphere that cannot be replicated by simply watching a screen.
Every round has its own rhythm. At Blackjack, attention shifts between the cards and the dealer's hand. At Roulette, conversations become quieter as the wheel turns and the ball approaches its final position. Poker-based table games introduce moments of calculation, hesitation and decision-making as new cards are revealed.
The experience is also social. Players notice one another's reactions, share the suspense of an unresolved round and follow the dealer's actions in real time. The excitement comes from the interaction between established rules, individual choices and unpredictable outcomes.
Blackjack combines simple objectives with meaningful decisions. Players attempt to finish closer to 21 than the dealer without exceeding that total. The suspense develops as each new card changes the available possibilities.
One participant may stand on a difficult total while another requests an additional card. Everyone follows the dealer's final hand, waiting to discover how the round will be settled.
Check the blackjack payout, permitted doubling and splitting options, dealer requirements and minimum wager before joining a table. These conditions affect how decisions are evaluated.
Roulette creates one of the most recognizable moments in casino entertainment. Wagers are placed, the wheel begins to turn and attention gradually gathers around the small ball moving between its numbered pockets.
Players may choose individual numbers, combinations or broader categories such as red and black. The moment before the ball settles is shared by everyone following the wheel.
Roulette wheel configurations can differ. A single-zero layout and a double-zero layout have different mathematical odds. Review the wheel and displayed betting limits before play.
Mississippi Stud introduces a different kind of suspense. Players begin with two personal cards, while community cards are revealed gradually during the round.
Each reveal can change the potential strength of the final hand. Players decide whether to continue with additional wagers or fold. The excitement comes from weighing those decisions against the cards already visible.
The completed five-card hand is assessed against the game's payout schedule. Mississippi Stud is not a conventional tournament in which players compete directly against one another.
Ultimate Texas Hold'em brings familiar poker-hand rankings into a dealer-banked casino format. Players combine personal cards with community cards while competing against the dealer.
The timing of decisions gives the game much of its tension. Betting opportunities change as the hand develops, and players must consider the information available at each stage.
Unlike traditional player-versus-player poker, Ultimate Texas Hold'em is played against the dealer. The emphasis is on hand evaluation and betting decisions rather than bluffing other players into folding.
Live table gaming operates on a separate schedule from the main casino floor. Individual table availability may change depending on operating conditions and guest demand.
Electronic table gaming creates an atmosphere of its own. Glowing displays, changing game graphics and interactive betting screens bring a modern visual character to familiar casino concepts.
Rather than placing every wager on a traditional table layout, participants use individual electronic controls. The screen presents the available betting options, selected wagers and game information, allowing each player to follow the action through a personal interface.
There is still anticipation in every unresolved result. A digital roulette display follows the outcome of the wheel; electronic card games reveal the progression of a hand; and dice-based formats turn each result into another moment of uncertainty.
The E-Table Stadium combines these individual experiences within a shared casino setting. Visitors can follow their own selections while enjoying the wider energy of the electronic gaming area.
Electronic Blackjack presents card values and available decisions through a digital interface. Players can follow the progression of the hand on-screen while working toward the familiar objective of beating the dealer without exceeding 21.
Electronic Roulette replaces the traditional betting layout with digital controls. Players select numbers or betting categories using the screen and follow the result through the electronic interface.
Electronic Baccarat is based on the comparison of two hands, commonly called Player and Banker. Participants choose between the available outcomes, while the interface displays the progression and result of each round.
Electronic Craps brings dice-based betting options to a digital interface. Available selections relate to different totals or sequences of outcomes. The screen helps organize wagers and follow the results.
Players review their available wagers and game information through an individual electronic interface.
Although betting controls are personal, electronic gaming takes place within the lively environment of the casino floor.
Electronic presentation does not automatically offer better winning probabilities or lower wagering limits. The rules and mathematical characteristics depend on each game.
A digital interface can make available betting selections and game information easier to review visually. However, the underlying rules may still require careful attention. Understanding the available decisions remains important regardless of the interface.
Not necessarily. Betting limits, permitted actions, timing requirements and settlement conditions may differ between electronic and traditional versions. Check the specific game instructions rather than assuming the formats are interchangeable.
The gaming floor at Thunder Bay Casino brings together entertainment experiences with very different personalities. Slot machines offer colourful themes and distinctive bonus features. Live table games introduce direct interaction, established rules and the shared suspense of dealer-led gaming. Electronic games create another perspective through digital interfaces and modern presentation.
Whether the attraction is the anticipation of a spinning wheel, the atmosphere surrounding a Blackjack table or the visual variety of contemporary slots, each format has its own character and appeal.
A little anticipation. A memorable experience.
From the suspense of a prize draw to exclusive member opportunities, promotions bring another dimension to casino entertainment. Discover featured events, Bonus Play opportunities and hotel partnerships at Thunder Bay Casino.
A promotion can bring excitement beyond the outcome of a casino game. Perhaps it is the anticipation before a prize draw, the celebration following a qualifying jackpot or a special opportunity available through My Club Rewards. Explore the offers and their individual participation requirements below.
Imagine the moment a winner steps forward and faces a collection of closed briefcases. Each case conceals a possible prize, but nobody knows which amount will be revealed until the selection has been made.
Deal or No Deal uses this simple element of mystery to create a memorable draw experience. A selected winner chooses one of five briefcases and discovers the prize associated with it.
The advertised format features weekly Saturday draws. A qualifying winner selects a briefcase, with the promotion advertising a possible prize of up to CAD $5,000.
The advertised maximum is not the standard award for every participant. Entry eligibility, qualifying activity, the applicable draw period and prize distribution depend on the current promotion rules.
Check how entries are earned, whether My Club Rewards membership is required, when the draw takes place and whether the selected participant must be present. A prize draw does not guarantee that every eligible entrant receives an award.
The excitement of a jackpot can extend beyond the original game. Jackpot Celebration recognizes qualifying hand-paid jackpot winners with an invitation to a special promotional gathering.
The event introduces another moment of anticipation: guests wait for the draw, listen for the winning announcement and discover whether they have been selected for an additional promotional opportunity.
The promotion advertises opportunities to receive CAD $500 in Bonus Play. It also describes an additional wind-machine opportunity through which selected participants may receive other prizes.
The published event format includes draws at 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM on selected Sundays. The jackpot that qualifies a player for an invitation must meet the promotion's applicable conditions.
Participation requires qualifying hand-paid jackpot activity, My Club Rewards membership and compliance with the promotional rules. Winners must be present to receive the applicable prize. An invitation does not mean that a Bonus Play award is guaranteed.
Give Us Your Email introduces a Bonus Play opportunity for eligible guests who agree to receive qualifying promotional communications.
The advertised incentive is CAD $5 in Bonus Play. New My Club Rewards members may also qualify for an additional CAD $5 benefit, provided they satisfy the relevant conditions.
An eligible email address and the required permission to receive promotional messages are central to the offer. Existing registration records, previous participation or missing consent may affect eligibility.
Bonus Play is gaming credit subject to the promotion's conditions. It is not the same as receiving the equivalent amount in unrestricted cash.
The two advertised benefits correspond to different eligibility conditions. The additional new-member incentive is not automatically available to existing members. Qualifying registration and any applicable redemption instructions must be followed.
The Perfect Pair is a partnership involving Gateway Casinos and OLG.ca. It connects the experience of visiting a physical casino with the separate online gaming services offered by OLG.
A casino visit offers a physical gaming floor, social atmosphere and on-site entertainment. The OLG.ca service provides eligible Ontario users with online casino games and sports betting through supported devices.
Unlike a prize draw, The Perfect Pair is primarily an entertainment partnership rather than a clearly defined cash or Bonus Play giveaway.
Access to online gaming is subject to separate registration, identity verification, location, age and account rules. A physical casino visit does not automatically establish eligibility for online services.
No. Membership at a physical casino and registration for OLG.ca are distinct processes. Applicable terms, account balances and gaming requirements must be understood separately.
VIP Sunday represents a special-event format that places the emphasis on recognition, anticipation and the excitement of a promotional occasion.
For qualifying guests, events of this kind can add another dimension to a casino visit beyond ordinary gaming activity. The atmosphere is shaped by the event itself and the possibility of receiving an additional benefit.
VIP Sunday has appeared in Thunder Bay Casino's event announcements. Its current availability, invitation process, promotional prizes and eligibility requirements should be confirmed before participation.
A previously advertised event name does not establish that the same event runs every Sunday or that its conditions remain unchanged.
Confirm whether an eligible VIP Sunday event is scheduled, whether My Club Rewards status affects participation and what prizes or privileges are actually available for that specific event.
Visiting Thunder Bay is an opportunity to explore the city, enjoy its waterfront and discover local entertainment. Stay & Play connects qualifying hotel accommodation with an additional benefit at Thunder Bay Casino.
This is a promotional gaming benefit, not a hotel-room discount or a cash payment. Eligibility and redemption conditions apply.
The accommodation partners offer different advantages, from convenient airport-area locations to access to Thunder Bay's waterfront district. The Bonus Play opportunity remains subject to the same qualifying conditions.

Participation is restricted to eligible guests aged 19 or older.
One hotel guest gaming package redemption is permitted per person, per week.
A maximum of two CAD $10 Bonus Play vouchers applies per room reservation.
The program cannot be combined with certain group, motorcoach or food and beverage offers, discounts or vouchers.
The casino may change promotional availability and redemption conditions. Guests subject to exclusion restrictions are not eligible to participate. Confirm the current terms before relying on the offer when arranging a stay.
Casino promotions can take many forms. Prize draws bring anticipation to special moments, member benefits create opportunities for eligible guests and hotel partnerships connect local accommodation with casino entertainment.
Each offer has its own purpose and conditions. Understanding participation requirements, possible awards and redemption limits helps visitors distinguish an exciting opportunity from a guaranteed benefit.
Every membership level has its own requirements. Select a card to discover its benefits, understand how Tier Points work and see what is needed to reach the next level.
Rewards is the starting level of My Club Rewards. It introduces eligible visitors to the loyalty program without requiring an existing Tier Point balance. A Rewards card provides a way to connect qualifying activity with a membership account and explore available promotions.
Members can begin collecting eligible points and using participating benefits. Rewards membership does not mean every promotion is automatically available; the individual offer still determines who qualifies and how any award is used.
Visit Guest Services at Thunder Bay Casino with valid government-issued identification. Eligible visitors aged 19 or older can register without a membership fee.
After registration, use the card as instructed when recording eligible gaming activity.
The core program includes the opportunity to earn eligible points, use applicable reward redemptions and participate in promotions open to the Rewards tier.
Selected Bonus Play offers, restaurant promotions and other experiences may be available when their individual conditions are met.
Silver begins at 1,000 Tier Points. Qualifying activity during the annual tier period contributes toward that threshold. For example, the published reel-slot rate is one Tier Point per CAD $10 of eligible wagers.
The required amount is measured through qualifying activity rather than a fixed amount of net loss. Reaching a tier should not be treated as a reason to wager beyond a personal budget.
Silver represents the first standard tier upgrade. Members who reach the qualifying Tier Point requirement move beyond the entry membership level and become eligible for additional opportunities designated for Silver members.
The value of an upgraded membership lies in access to qualifying offers rather than a guaranteed financial reward. Some promotions distinguish Silver members through additional entries or other tier-specific participation benefits.
Tier Points are earned through eligible recorded activity during the program's annual qualification period.
The normal period runs from April 1 to March 31. The membership level is assessed according to the program rules.
Silver retains access to the program's qualifying point-earning and redemption opportunities. It can also provide eligibility for selected promotions that differentiate Silver from entry-level Rewards members.
For example, certain published casino drawings have awarded more entries to Silver members than to Rewards members. These differences depend on the specific event.
Gold begins at 5,000 Tier Points, which is 4,000 points above the Silver entry threshold. Tier progression depends on the total qualifying points recorded within the applicable tier year.
Gold recognizes members who have reached a higher qualifying activity threshold. It is designed to distinguish an established membership level from the starting and Silver tiers.
Depending on the destination and current program conditions, eligible Gold members can explore an expanded range of tier-specific promotional and hospitality opportunities.
Gold begins once the applicable 5,000-point threshold is reached. The standard membership range continues until the member qualifies for Elite.
Tier Points represent qualifying activity rather than redeemable currency. Using a separate rewards balance does not itself mean spending Tier Points.
Gold members retain the core loyalty benefits and may qualify for member events, selected restaurant benefits and promotional opportunities that specify Gold status.
In certain published prize-draw formats, the Gold tier has received additional entry opportunities compared with Silver. The number of entries is determined separately for each promotion.
The published Elite threshold begins at 25,000 Tier Points. This is 20,000 points higher than the Gold entry threshold. The qualification period and eligible gaming requirements continue to apply.
Elite is the highest standard tier with a published Tier Point qualification threshold. It recognizes substantial qualifying activity within the program's tier system.
Elite membership can provide access to selected premium-level events, promotions and hospitality benefits across participating Gateway properties. Actual eligibility depends on the relevant offer and location.
Eligible members qualify for Elite by satisfying the published 25,000 Tier Point requirement and applicable program conditions.
This threshold does not automatically provide invitation-only Ultra membership.
Eligible Elite members can explore premium-tier promotional opportunities, invitations and participating hospitality benefits.
Certain Gateway drawings have also allocated more promotional entries to Elite than to Gold members. Such privileges are tied to the individual event and should not be interpreted as a universal entitlement.
Ultra is not awarded through an ordinary published Tier Point threshold. Reaching Elite, or collecting more than 25,000 Tier Points, does not automatically result in Ultra status.
Ultra represents the program's invitation-only membership level. Unlike Rewards, Silver, Gold and Elite, it does not have a published Tier Point total that guarantees membership.
Ultra is intended for qualifying invited members and can provide access to selected high-tier promotional experiences, exclusive offers and participating benefits.
Ultra membership is granted according to the program's invitation process. No standard number of Tier Points is published as an automatic qualification.
Guests seeking information about their current membership status can consult Guest Services.
Ultra members may qualify for the highest tier-specific recognition in participating promotional events and selected member experiences.
In certain published Gateway prize draws, Ultra members have received more entries than other tiers. Individual benefits remain subject to the applicable conditions.
Ultra is the highest named My Club Rewards tier. It is not associated with an additional published point-based upgrade.
These published earning rates explain how qualifying wagering activity contributes toward membership status. They do not represent amounts that must be lost.
Membership status is calculated annually on April 1 using eligible Tier Points from the previous tier year.
My Club Rewards connects eligible casino activity with membership recognition, promotional opportunities and selected hospitality benefits across participating Gateway destinations.
Dining offers, special events, Bonus Play promotions and participating resort experiences may provide additional benefits depending on a member's tier and the conditions of each offer.
Membership benefits can change, and reaching a particular level does not guarantee financial returns or access to every advertised promotion.

Lucky $13 Favourites features selected comfort-food dishes at CAD $13 per qualifying menu item. Rather than providing a discount across the entire restaurant menu, the promotion applies to designated dishes.
Beef, fries and savoury gravy combine in a warm, substantial meal. Rich flavours and familiar textures are central to its comfort-food appeal.
This dish has appeared among the advertised Lucky $13 selections. Exact preparation and portion details depend on the restaurant.
This hearty hot-hamburger dish belongs to a plated comfort-food tradition rather than the presentation of a handheld fast-food burger.
Its combination of hamburger, fries and savoury accompaniments makes it another recognizable choice within the promoted selection.
The price applies to designated promotional meals. Other menu selections, additional items, beverages and applicable taxes may be charged separately.
My Club Rewards offers and restaurant specials can have separate rules. Do not assume another voucher or discount can be combined with the Lucky $13 promotion.
Lucky $13 Favourites has been advertised as a limited-time offer. Confirm its current availability, qualifying dishes and service conditions before visiting specifically for the promotional price.

Thunder Bay Casino combines traditional casino favourites with electronic entertainment, giving visitors a choice between experiences with different rules, visual styles and levels of interaction.
Some guests enjoy the colourful themes of modern slot machines. Others prefer following the action at a live gaming table, where a dealer, physical cards and the reactions of other participants shape the atmosphere.
Electronic table games provide another way to experience familiar formats through digital interfaces. Together, these options create a gaming floor with more than one kind of entertainment.
More than 450 slot machines introduce a wide selection of themes, reel formats, bonus features and progressive jackpot opportunities.
From the suspense of dealer-led Blackjack and Roulette to electronic versions of familiar table games, visitors can discover contrasting styles of play.

Free parking, guest assistance, complimentary selected non-alcoholic beverages and accessibility services help visitors plan a more comfortable experience.
Casino entertainment is not necessarily identical from one visit to the next. Game availability can evolve, different promotional opportunities may be introduced and members may receive new qualifying offers.
The most useful approach is to explore what is currently available rather than assume that a past promotion, game or benefit will always remain unchanged.
A first visit to a casino can feel exciting and unfamiliar. Different gaming machines, table layouts and promotional signs may attract your attention before you know where to begin.
A comfortable experience starts with a little preparation. Knowing the entry requirements, understanding the available services and deciding how much time to spend can make the visit more relaxed.
Casino gaming in Ontario is restricted to eligible visitors aged 19 or older. Guests must also satisfy applicable entry requirements.
Carry valid government-issued photo identification. Security personnel may request age and identity verification, particularly from guests who appear younger.
My Club Rewards registration and some promotional benefits may require additional verification.
Slot machines can have different denominations, betting levels and special features. The denomination displayed on a machine does not always equal the complete cost of an individual spin.
Review paytables and game instructions before selecting a wager.
Decide on a spending limit before beginning. Gaming outcomes are uncertain, and neither a promotion nor a betting method guarantees a financial return.
Avoid increasing wagers to recover losses and make time for breaks during a longer visit.
Guest Services can help visitors understand available membership opportunities, current promotions and practical arrangements at the property.
My Club Rewards registration is free for eligible visitors. New members can request assistance at the Guest Services desk and present the required identification.
Casino gaming is only one part of the destination. Guests can also enjoy available dining and refreshments, subject to the property's entry and service requirements. Getaway Restaurant and Bar operates separately from the casino's general gaming hours.
Complimentary on-site parking is available. Space availability can vary during busy periods.
Coffee, tea and fountain soft drinks are listed among the complimentary non-alcoholic beverages available at the property.

Lottery products and related services are among the available property amenities, subject to eligibility and availability.
The facility provides accessibility services, including wheelchairs, accessible formats and communication supports upon request.
General casino opening hours do not establish continuous operation of every restaurant service or promotional activity. Getaway Restaurant and Bar has its own schedule, while special events may operate only at designated times. Review the relevant details before travelling.
